Draft. This document has not yet been reviewed by a lawyer, and highlighted parts are still to be confirmed. It is not final.
These terms are the agreement between you and Zoran when you use the app. Please read them. By creating an account or using Zoran you agree to them.
Zoran is run by [To confirm: legal name and address]. Contact: [To confirm: support email].
Zoran is a training tracker and training-intelligence tool for powerlifting and strength training. It records what you log and suggests changes to your plan. Zoran is currently an early-access product and may change, break, or be unavailable at times.
Zoran does not diagnose, treat, or provide medical, physiotherapy or nutritional advice. It is a training tool, not a medical device. Its suggestions (loads, readiness calls, progression) are informational, and nothing changes in your plan until you approve it.
Lifting carries a real risk of injury. You are responsible for your own training decisions. If you feel pain, are injured, or have any health concern, stop and talk to a qualified professional. By using Zoran you accept that you train at your own risk.
You must be at least 13, and if you are under 16 a parent or guardian must agree first. We ask your date of birth when you first sign in. You must give accurate information and keep your sign-in details private. You are responsible for what happens under your account.
Your training data is yours. You give us permission to store and process it to run Zoran for you, as described in the Privacy Policy. You can export it and delete your account at any time in Settings.
The coach uses an outside AI service to answer some questions. AI can be wrong. Treat its answers as suggestions, check them against your own judgement and your coach or doctor where it matters, and never ignore pain because the app said so.
[To confirm: price, billing period, free trial, cancellation and refund terms, and who takes payment (merchant of record). Zoran has no paid plans yet. A lawyer must write this section before any are sold, because consumer law on renewals and cancellation differs by country.]
You can delete your account in Settings at any time. It is then permanently erased after a 30-day grace period, as the Privacy Policy explains. We may suspend or end an account that breaks these terms or puts others at risk, and will explain why unless the law stops us.
We work to keep Zoran running and accurate, but we provide it "as is" during early access. [To confirm: a lawyer must write the limits on our liability and the disclaimer of warranties so they are valid where you live. They cannot exclude anything the law does not allow us to exclude.]
We may update these terms. If a change matters, we will tell you before it takes effect, and you can delete your account if you disagree. [To confirm: governing law and where disputes are settled, decided with a lawyer.]
